Application for Return 
You must apply for a return on our website within 7 working days of receiving the package.

Return Policy
As a policy, we offer returns only in the form of store credit, which is valid for 6 months. We offer returns on all our products barring products on clearance sale, with the following conditions:

One-time Exchange: Returns are limited to once per order. If an order has been returned once, the new item ordered using store credit cannot be returned again.

Store Credit: Refunds for returned items are issued as store credit, valid for 6 months.

Condition of Items: All returned items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.

Quality Control: Packages that do not meet these conditions will be rejected during quality control and returned to the customer.

To ensure a smooth exchange process (if needed), we kindly request you to record a short video while opening your package. This video will serve as proof of the product's condition upon arrival and help us expedite any exchanges in case of a wrong or damaged item.

Please keep the following in mind:

  • Record the unboxing process, showing the package, contents, and any visible damages.
  • Make sure the product details are visible in the video.
  • Contact our customer service team immediately if you find any issues.

 

NOTE: Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for returns.
