All the orders will be processed in 2-3 working days and will be delivered in 7-10 working days

Adalia offers free shipping within India on all prepaid orders. 

We attempt to process and ship every order within 72 working hours. Your order will get delivered within 3-8 business days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.

Absolutely Adalia ships internationally! For International orders shipping charges will be levied on all orders.

No, we can only exchange or return a particular product once.

You need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product To ensure a smooth exchange process , we kindly request you to record a short video while opening your package.( as mentioned in the order confirmation email)

We love our products and are sure that you will love them too. However, if you wish to return any product, we’ll be happy to take it back.

All products bought can be returned within 15 days of delivery, for STORE CREDIT which can be used towards any future purchase with us for six months

Products to be returned should be unused and in the same condition as you received them, in their original packaging with all tags. 

All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Return will not be accepted for any previous exchanges. 

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.


We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Items must have tags intact and be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or defective items. Products marked final sale or hygiene-related items are non-exchangeable. Shipping costs for exchange will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective. All exchanges are subject to availability.
